About Craig Conlee
I’m Craig Conlee and broad life experiences give me a narrow focus on your needs. I am a 4th generation Texan, my expertise comes from my extensive life experiences. My grandfather and my great grandfather were both Sheriffs of Brazos County in their day. My father was Mayor of Bryan. I worked in the family moving and storage business. The Conlee family moved everything – courthouses, libraries, millions of pounds of family heirlooms. I understand the stress of moving. Graduating from Texas A&M into the ranching business, I learned the challenges of big corporate ranching and the stress of family run operations.
Farm and ranch lands sales are right up my alley. From ranching to restaurants, a six-year stint in the restaurant business gives me a unique eye for value in equipment and locations. I have engineered sales of several restaurants. I learned the financial workings of business from a Bankers perspective. I have helped settle 4 estates and the oversight of a 45 million dollar loan portfolio at Republic Bank, gave me the confidence to start my own business. I started a specialty food company and created the first spicy Bloody Mary mix (RED EYE – Texas Style Bloody Mary Mix).
After finding the love of my life; I sold the food business. My wife, Carol and I built 7F Lodge & Spa near College Station. To utilize all of my knowledge and experience in sales and marketing I became a licensed Auctioneer, I stay ready to sell just about anything. I can auction real estate. Carol and I found a ranch in Loyal Valley smack in the middle of the Hill Country. We sold the B&B and life is set to change to our new frontier. We recently sold Tres Lunas Resort, a spiritual spa retreat with a concentration on personal growth and inner healing.
